Flip Flop Order Form


Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, as each genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestone flip flop is hand crafted to your exact specifications.

All Crystal Creations flip flops are custom made to order so no returns or refunds. If you are an in between size, we recommend you get the next larger size.

We use top quality glue, but please avoid leaving your flip flops inside a hot car or in direct sunlight. The extreme heat will soften the glue and cause the rhinestones to shift.

Currently I am only accepting personal checks or money orders as payment.
